Designed for an athletic feminine figure, the cut of our suits is intended to fit snugger than traditional outerwear, highlighting your curves rather than hiding them. This means our suits should be worn tighter than most women are accustomed to, avoiding a baggy or loose fit.

Every part of our suit can be altered by your favorite, local alterations expert. The pant legs can easily be hemmed, the top can be taken in or let out for a perfect custom fit. Overall, most of our customers do not need to make any alterations and feel fabulous in their TaraShakti.

With our first run of production, we were not able to extend the sizing due to costs and TaraShakti is a woman-owned, self-funded company. We are currently in development to manufactor extended sizing, and hope to include up to 4X soon!
TaraShakti is a direct to consumer brand based in Seattle, WA where we have a private showroom. You can schedule an in-person session to try on in Seattle or a virtual meeting with Tara to answer any questions you may have regarding specific fit, designs and color ways that will work best for you. Returns and exchanges of full priced items are accepted. Return must be postmarked to TaraShakti within 14 days of purchase with all tags attached. We do not cover return shipping costs.

Our snow suits are water resistance and will keep you dry in prolonged hours of heavy rain.
We wear them to all the Seattle sporting events, which means 4+ hours in heavy rain, cheering on our teams!
