Fit & Sizing
I love the suits but am having a hard time determining if they will fit me. How can I be certain I will select the right size for my body?
The TaraShakti suits have magic that is hard to describe until you slip into one and experience the fit and feel. Because of the high-tech stretch fabric used for the outer shell, insulate and liner, the suit truly fits most body shapes and sizes. The design is cut for an athletic feminine figure to fit your body like a soft glove.
The TaraShakti suit is meant to be worn as a snugger fit than most women are traditionally used to, you should not size up unless you really like the want a baggier look.

What is the suit's temperature rating?
Do not let the thin profile of the suits fool you. The modern tech insulate is breathable and adjusts to your body temperature. TaraShakti is rated to -20F with one base layer.
What should I wear under my suit?
You will only need one base layer. You can vary the weight of that layer to adjust to further adjust to the temperature.
Do you have sizes for plus size women?
Currently our sizing fits bodies upto 16+. We very much have our sights set on expanding our sizing and will ensure it is done thoughtfully to fit all bodies.
Is it possible to try on suits before I purchase?
If you are in the Seattle area, you can schedule an in-person session at our showroom in Capitol Hill.
Virtual fittings are also available with our founder, Tara. She will answer any questions you may have regarding specific fit, designs and color ways that will work best for you.
