Tara Clark, CEO & Founder
Following a career as a professional photographer, Tara Clark, tapped into the transformative power of human connections with projects like the Believe Love Unite movement, helping Hmong farmers during Covid-19 by organizing citywide flower sales, and the powerful World in My Backyard photography series. Tara created TaraShakti to keep the memory of a treasured friend and the joy of shared experiences burning brightly—each TaraShakti suit is named for an inspiring woman who left us too soon, but whose star power shines, encouraging us to challenge our beliefs and live our dreams. The Seattle-based, women-owned and women-led company is committed to transparent business practices and contributes $50 for every suit sold to causes that align with TaraShakti’s purpose of sparking powerful moments of positivity, possibility, and connection, including advancing brain cancer research and preserving Sherpa culture.
Quan Ralkowski, COO

With a career spanning over 18 years in the ecommerce industry specializing in hyper-growth direct to consumer lifestyle brands, Seattle-born and raised Quan Ralkowski has established herself as a a proven executive leader in ecommerce, retail and technology. She is passionate about the customer journey, from the first brand introduction to the package arriving at their doorstep and everything in between! She has spearheaded key initiatives that consistently ensure happy, informed customers, and served as a key member of executive teams to set the company’s strategic direction while being a driving force in the development of work ethic, culture and values. Quan has successfully implemented strategic initiatives and programs for Rad Power Bikes, Amazon,, Nordstrom, and Microsoft. Quan has been honored by the Puget Sound Business Journal as one of the “Top 40 Business Leaders Under 40" as well as a guest lecturer on ecommerce, retail and personalizing the customer journey for Seattle Business Magazine annual Retail Nexus events.
